Norway increased by 10% footwear import in the first half of 2013

China , which tops the ranking of exporters of footwear to the Nordic country , holds a market share of 38.10% , totaling 105.65 million euros, an increase of 4.80 % in the January-June period.

In the first half of the year , Norway has imported 13.2 million pairs of shoes , representing an increase of 4.5 % over the same period last year . At the same time, the price of shoes purchased abroad has been a 12.2 % increase in the reference range , with a total value of NOK 2.041 million ( 273 million euros).

The origin of imports has remained unchanged in the first six months of the year, with China , which holds a market share of 38.10% – to the head and a Nordic country sales go from 100.79 to 105 , € 65 million year on year ( +4.80 % ) . It was followed by Vietnam (39.59 million euros , with a variance of 38.20 % ) and Italy ( 20.52 million sales and an increase of 14.70% ) , which increased the marketing of their products.

Other significant are those by Indonesia, in fourth place (15.70 million, +27.40 % ) and Sweden , eighth in the ranking ( 6.31 million , +24.60 % ) .
